My Marketing Plan

My marketing plan is highly internet-focused.  Let's face it...it has to be!  You can't sell a house without having a good internet strategy plan in place by simply putting a sign in the front yard and waiting for the phone to ring!  Here are a just a few things I utilize:

1. My personal website (the site you are on right now).  I've found that a Realtor needs more than just a page on their company's website or they (and subsequently your listing) cannot be found online.
2. Your home will have it's own website page and domain (youraddress.com).  I've found this to be great for tracking how many visitors come to your website and then being able to adjust marketing accordingly.
3. You-Tube video.  I walk through your home with a video camera and narrate as I go.
4. Craiglist.  Lots of clickbacks to your site from here.
5. Realtor.com.  A no-brainer.  It's gotta be here.
6. Zillow
7. Pay per click advertising.
8. New sources I come across, as I love learning about internet marketing and how it can help sell homes!
